June 4 – 10, 2017 What I Ate This Week

Brunch: Egg Sandwich, smoothie leftovers

Dinner: Baked chicken nuggets, seed crackers w/chive cream cheese & baby bell cheese

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, cheese sticks

Lunch: Turkey sandwich, granola bar

Dinner: Baked chicken nuggets, quinoa chips

Snacks & Beverages: ice cream & water

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs

Lunch: PB&J sandwich, kale chips

Dinner: Baked chicken tenders & cherries

Snacks: seed crackers, birthday cake

Breakfast: Blood Orange Greek Yogurt w/granola

Lunch: Salmon patty w/onions & rice

Dinner: lunch leftovers

Snacks: quinoa chips, ice cream

Lunch: ramen w/cabbage, spinach, corn, bean sprouts, & beef

Dinner: chicken wrap, seed crackers

Snacks: ice cream, 3 gummies

Lunch: New England Clam Chowder

Dinner: fries, ginger ale, fruit juice/smoothie

Snacks & Beverages: Crackers, H&H tea/lemonade

Saturday is not mentioned this week because I do not remember what I ate and didn’t write it down.
