Feeling like a boss because I complete all the days except for Saturday’s Pulse
Week 3: I only did Tabata Strength. Got to do better next week. Also, I didn’t write in my food journal this week and my eating got a little out of hand towards the end of the week. For example Bacon and cheese burger w/lettuce and tomatoes on Thursday. On Friday for lunch I had yellow rice with fried fish & chicken w/mac and cheese and McDonald’s for dinner.
