30 Day Challenge (Day 3)

Exercising on a hard floor is no fun.  I exercise in my home and the floor has cement with wood tiles over it.  Not the best condition for exercising.  I bought a thick exercise mat that connects like a puzzle and wear shoes to help with this problem.  I tried out my exercise mat this month.  When I do Jillian the mat is fine but when I do Zumba the mat starts sliding across the room with me on it.  Not interested in injuring myself, I started to problem solve.  I remembered that my yoga mat didn’t slide across the floor so I put it centered under the exercise mat.  It worked!  Now I can Zumba and not worry about ending up in the floor.
