Hi guys,
My sister invited me to do a 30 day challenge this month. We know that this month does not have 30 days in it so this will spill into March. I was not quite a willing participant but I knew I needed to get back into shape. Since that was one of my new year’s resolutions. So if you are like me and have not started or about to fall off the bandwagon this is the time to hold on or get on. My sister told me, “I am throwing you into the bandwagon and driving you to fitness land.”
The challenge is simple exercise 30 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week for 30 days. Diet plan eat healthy and cut out junk foods. You can tailor it to you own needs. You are allowed one cheat day where you can eat one meal or dessert that day of your choice. You don’t have to use this day but it is there for you.
Day 1
Exercise – I did Zumba and Jillian’s 30 day shred (I exercised longer then 30min. You do no have to exercise as much as I did. I am just training like a beast. I want to see how much I can do in 30 days. This exercise routine is subject to change, but right now it is Boot Camp!)
Music while exercising – I put Pandora on and put it on Daddy Yankee radio when I do Jillian. The music is upbeat and if you like Zumba music, it is basically that. I find good music helps the exercise, especially boring ones more fun. You can create your own playlist. Here is a bit of my Playlist: (Upbeat) Balada (Tche tcherere tche tche) by Gusttavo Lima, Bailando Por Ahi by Juan Magan, Limbo by Daddy Yankee, and Danza Kuduro by Don Omar.
Exercise in the morning, you will burn more in the morning then at night. Also, welcome to the challenge if you accept.
